Any number of courses, configurable tee intervals, shotgun starts, and booking windows by membership category. Members book online or in the app; guest green fees handled automatically.
Competitions
Set up any format, generate the draw, publish tee times, and let players post scores hole by hole from the course. Divisions, 2s pools, and countback handled automatically.
Matches
Season-long singles and doubles knockouts, run properly. Verro seeds the bracket, sets the deadlines, and chases both players automatically, so the draw progresses without a committee member keeping score by hand.
Membership management
Unlimited categories, age-banded pricing, joining fees, and full entitlement control. Renewals go out automatically; members pay online, by card, or from their club account.
Food & beverage
Floor plan, table-side ordering from the member app, kitchen display system, and bar stock control, with tabs charged straight to a member's account or paid by card.
Pro shop & retail
Barcode stock control, till sales by QR scan, label printing, and an online shop members can browse and order from on their phone, with fulfilment tracked at the counter.
Member communications
Direct messaging, broadcast emails, and push notifications, sent to any membership group from the console, and read in the member app or by email, with delivery tracking.
