About Verro

We built the system we couldn't find.

Verro exists because golf clubs deserve software built by people who understand them. Not a generic platform with a golf skin, and not an enterprise system priced for stadium operators. One platform that handles the whole operation, built around how clubs actually work.

Golf clubs manage remarkably complex operations: memberships with dozens of categories and pricing tiers, competitions that run every weekend through the season, bars and kitchens serving hundreds of covers on a Saturday, pro shops with thousands of stock items. Yet most of them were running all of this on a patchwork of tools that were never designed to talk to each other.

We spent time inside clubs: behind the reception desk, in the secretary's office, in the kitchen during a Saturday medal. We kept seeing the same thing: capable, committed people spending far too much of their time managing the seams between systems. Reconciling membership data against competition results. Re-entering bar tabs into the accounts. Chasing members by phone because the booking system couldn't send a proper notification.

Verro is our answer to that. One system, designed from scratch around how golf clubs actually operate, where every part of the club shares one member record, one set of accounts, and one calendar. The kind of platform that lets your team focus on running the club, not on managing the software.

What we believe
Software should serve the club not the other way around
Members deserve a good experience every time
Simplicity is a feature not a compromise
Golf clubs need golf software not a generic tool
Your data stays on your terms always
How we work

The things we won't compromise on.

Calm by design

Every interface, from the staff console to the member app to the clubhouse display, is designed to reduce cognitive load, not add to it. We'd rather show you five things clearly than fifty things at once.

Built for golf clubs

WHS handicaps, CDH numbers, Stableford scoring, tee sheet restrictions, halfway house ordering. Every detail of how a golf club operates is handled correctly, not approximated. We understand the domain because we've worked inside it.

Your club's identity

Your members log into your club, whether that's Rivermead GC, Oakfield, or anywhere else. Not into Verro. The app carries your name, your colours, your logo. We're infrastructure, not branding.

Support that's real

When something goes wrong on a Saturday morning, and occasionally something will, we are reachable by a human being who knows your club. Not a help-desk ticketing system with a 72-hour SLA.

The founder

The person behind Verro.

Built by someone who has spent a career at the front-end of golf club management, technology and the digital transformation of the sport.

Adam Lynch, Founder of Verro

Adam Lynch

Founder

Adam Lynch is the founder of Verro, and one of the few people to have spent a career at the highest levels of both the golf industry and the SaaS world.

His golf career began at IMG Golf, one of the sport's most influential agencies, where he worked at The Dunes Golf Links. It was an early and hands-on introduction to how golf operations work at a commercial level.

From there, Adam joined The R&A in St Andrews, ultimately serving as Assistant Director of Digital Media. The R&A is the governing body of golf worldwide, responsible for the rules of the game and the organisation behind The Open Championship, the oldest and most prestigious major in golf. In that role, Adam was accountable for the full commercial operation surrounding The Open: sponsorship, partnerships, broadcast rights, and The R&A's digital media presence, including TheOpen.com, which draws tens of millions of visitors during Open fortnight.

That career puts Adam at the front-end of golf club management, technology and the digital transformation of the sport. From the commercial operations surrounding golf's biggest event to the systems and platforms that clubs rely on day to day, he has seen what works and what doesn't, across every level of the game.

The second thread of his career is technology. Adam has been involved in a number of start-ups, most recently as CEO of WooRank, a leading SaaS platform for SEO and digital marketing used by businesses across more than 100 countries. Under his leadership, WooRank was acquired in 2023.

Verro is the natural intersection of both careers: golf club management software built by someone with genuine roots in the industry, who also knows how to build a product that scales.
