Is pricing per member, or a flat monthly fee?
We'll cover the model in detail on your demo call, it is designed to be simple and predictable, with no per-transaction fees on top.
Do you require an annual contract?
We don't require long lock-in periods. The specifics depend on your club's size and the modules you take. We are happy to discuss what works for you.
Is onboarding and data migration included?
Yes. Onboarding, training, and data migration from your current system are included as part of getting started, not treated as an extra.
Are Stripe payment fees on top?
Stripe's standard card processing fees apply to card transactions, but these go through your club's own Stripe account. Verro never holds your money.
Can we add modules later?
Absolutely. Clubs typically start with the core platform and add modules as they're ready. Each module enables immediately with no re-setup required.
Do you work with multi-club groups?
Yes. Verro supports groups and management companies with a group-level dashboard, cross-club reporting, and per-club pricing. Get in touch to discuss.
