Who Verro is built for

One platform. Different operations.

Verro is not a generic system with a golf skin. It is built around the specific realities of running a golf operation, and those realities differ significantly depending on what kind of operation you run. This page explains how.

Private members' clubs

Where the membership secretary can actually finish on time.

Members' clubs carry the most operational complexity of any golf operation. Dozens of membership categories, a weekly competition programme, F&B running alongside play, renewals every year, and a committee that wants reports by Tuesday. Verro is designed specifically for this environment.

Membership management

Unlimited categories with age-banded pricing, entitlements, waiting lists, and automated renewals. Every category configured around how your club actually works.

Full competition programme

Stableford, stroke play, match play, team events. Draw generation, live hole-by-hole scoring from the course, automatic countback, results, and WHS posting.

Member communications

Broadcast emails, direct messages, and in-app notifications to any membership group. Competition draws, renewal reminders, and club news from one place.

Bar, restaurant, and halfway house

Floor plan, table ordering from the member app, kitchen display, stock control, and F&B reports. Member tabs charged straight to their account.

The member app

Book, enter, score, order, and pay from one app carrying your club's name and colours. Available on iOS and Android.

Accounts integration

Xero and QuickBooks with automatic invoice and payment sync. Finance done once, not re-entered somewhere else.

Golf estates and management companies

Visibility across every site. Management from one place.

When you operate more than one course, the problems compound. Different systems at each site. No consolidated view of performance across the group. Members who play across sites but exist in multiple databases. Verro addresses this at the architecture level, not as an afterthought.

Org-level dashboard

Cross-site performance, income, membership numbers, and tee sheet utilisation in one view. Drill down into any individual site when you need to.

Single member record

A member who plays across three of your sites exists once in the system. Entitlements, balances, and booking history are consistent everywhere.

Consolidated reporting

Group-level financial reports alongside individual site breakdowns. One export for your accountant, not one per site.

Per-site configuration

Each course has its own membership categories, tee sheet, competition calendar, and pricing. Group-wide consistency where you want it. Flexibility where you need it.

Consistent member experience

One app, your group's branding, working across every site. Members see a single experience rather than a different interface at every course.

Group and site-level billing

Invoice and payment management configurable at group or individual site level, depending on how your organisation is structured financially.

Public and pay-and-play courses

Fill the tee sheet. Collect green fees. Give visitors a reason to return.

Public courses need to maximise tee sheet utilisation, collect green fees efficiently, and give visitors an experience worth repeating. The operational requirements are different from a members' club but no less demanding. Verro handles visitor bookings, online payment, and the on-site experience without the membership overhead you do not need.

Online tee sheet booking

Visitors book and pay online, including group bookings with green fees collected at checkout. No phone calls, no manual entry at the desk.

Flexible pricing

Configure weekday, weekend, and time-of-day rates. Early bird, twilight, and advance booking prices set once and applied automatically.

Visitor experience

A clean booking flow on mobile, confirmation sent to their phone, and a straightforward check-in on arrival. First impressions that reflect well on the course.

F&B and the pro shop

Whether you run a halfway house, a clubhouse bar, or a full retail operation, Verro handles it alongside bookings. One system for the whole visit.

Frequent visitor membership

Optional membership tiers for visitors who return regularly. Benefits, discounts, and a digital card without committing to a full traditional membership structure.

Utilisation reporting

Tee sheet occupancy, green fee income by day and time slot, and F&B performance in one dashboard. The data to make decisions on pricing and capacity.

Golf societies

The society day, handled before they arrive.

Running a society day is one of the most admin-intensive things a golf course manages for a visitor. Handicap verification, draw generation, competition format, food and drink requirements, prizes, and an invoice at the end. Most of it handled over email and on spreadsheets, by someone who has twelve other things to do that week.

We are building a dedicated Golf Societies platform that handles all of it. For the club and for the society organiser.

Society booking portal

Online request, date selection, and confirmation flow with deposit collection. The organiser handles it themselves without needing to call the club.

Competition setup

Format, divisions, and draw generated automatically once the entry list is confirmed. Tee times published directly to every player in the group.

Handicap verification

CDH number lookup for every player in the group before the day. No disputes on the 18th green about who played off what.

Live scoring on the day

Society members post scores hole by hole from their phones. The leaderboard is live from the course. No paper collection at the end of the round.

Food and drink pre-ordering

The organiser selects packages at the time of booking. The kitchen knows exactly what is coming and when. No last-minute changes on the morning.

Invoice and payment

One invoice to the society secretary at the end of the day, covering green fees, catering, and any extras. Paid online, no chasing.
